Gary Schellenberg

CEO, Director

Gary has been a director and officer of numerous publicly traded companies and brings over 30 years of industry experience. He serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Origen, Chairman, CEO and Directors of Troubadour Resources Inc. (TSX.V:TR) and President of Coast Mountain Geological Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia.

Past industry roles include Director of Kodiak Copper Corp., CEO and Director of Explorex Resources Inc., CEO and Director of International Lithium Corp., CEO and Director of TNR Gold Corp., and a founding Director of Winspear Resources Ltd. that went on to discover the Snap Lake diamond mine operated by DeBeers from 2008 to 2015.

Dr. Thomas Hawkins PhD, P.Geo

Director

Dr. Thomas Hawkins PhD, P.Geo, managing director of Origen.   Dr. Hawkins has extensive experience identifying, assessing and advancing mineral exploration projects, along with a substantial body of academic papers and is a former Curator at the Natural History Museum in the UK.  He discovered the Vanadium Pass deposit in 2018, and has held senior management positions with Santa Fe Metals, Northway Resources, Kenorland Minerals and Pacific Empire Minerals. Dr. Hawkins was part of the Kenorland Minerals team that discovered the Regnault deposit. Most recently he authored the 43-101 report for Li-FT Power Ltd.’s Yellowknife Lithium Project.

Garry Stock

Director

Mr. Stock has worked in resources, cleantech, ag, investment and tech for the past 25 years, helping build companies from inception to up to $500 million in market capitalization. He has been involved in $400 million in equity financings and has acquired and/or developed assets across most commodities within Canadian, US, Australian and British securities jurisdictions, serving in executive and financial roles, most recently as independent Director and Chair of Compensation Committee for Squire Mining, (now Taal Distributed Information Technologies).  Mr. Stock holds an B.A. (Hons) in Economics, and passed the CFA Level III exam in 1997.

Geoff Schellenberg

Director

Mr. Schellenberg has over 10 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry.  He is currently the president and a director of Troubadour Resources Inc. (TSX.V:TR), and a managing director of Coast Mountain Geological Ltd. where he provides oversight and management on exploration and development projects for a variety of clients ranging from junior exploration to large international mining companies.  Mr. Schellenberg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

NatashaTsai

CFO

Ms. Tsai, CPA, CA, is Managing Director at Malaspina Consultants Inc. She has been a senior advisor and CFO with companies in a broad range of industries. Natasha specializes in the areas of financial operations and business performance. Prior to 2012, Natasha was the CFO of a junior mining company and the corporate controller of an early stage company in the energy sector. Natasha is a graduate of Sauder School of Business at UBC and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2007. She is also a former co-chair of the Young CA Forum at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC.

Gabriel Pindar

Advisor

Mr. Pindar was co-founder and COO of Neo Lithium, which was acquired by Zijin Mining for $960 Million. Neo Lithium’s sole asset was the 3Q lithium carbonate project in Argentina, which is forecasted to start production at the end of this year. Previously he served as GM and Head of Projects for ArcelorMittal Group, Deputy Project Director for BHP’s Olympic Dam Expansion, as well as senior Project Management roles for Fluor and Hatch.

Niel Stuart

Mr. Neil Stuart is a highly-experienced geologist and founding director and Executive Chairman of Orocobre Limited (now Allkem Limited, current market capitalisation $8 billion) and was key to the acquisition and development of the Salar Olaroz Lithium mine in Argentina. Mr. Stuart was also the Founding Chairman of Oroplata Limited, whose Cerro Negro Project was taken over by Goldcorp for $3.5 billion.  He has held numerous senior executive positions on Australian- and Canadian-listed companies.

Dr. David Shaw

Dr. David Shaw is a structural geologist & mining entrepreneur, with +14 yrs. significant global lithium experience. Dr. Shaw served as Senior Mining Analyst for the Corporate Finance Group at Yorkton Securities 1990-96. During his tenure at Yorkton, he was involved in over $2b of capital market activity. Dr. Shaw was instrumental in the acquisition of Talison Inc’s lithium brine assets; Talison was acquired by Chinese lithium producer Tianqi in 2013 for $850m. Dr. Shaw was also involved with First Majestic Silver from start-up in 2004 through to eight operational mines in 2019.

George Cumplido

Mr. George Cumplido was recently non-Executive director of Power Minerals (ASX:PNN), specifically focused on its Salta Lithium Brine Project in Argentina.  Formerly  Senior Commercial Manager for Rio Tinto and Chief Commercial Officer with ASX-listed Xanadu Mines Ltd, Mr. Cumplido has extensive experience managing resource projects from inception to production.  Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Cumplido has also held senior positions with Vale, Mitsubishi and CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency.

Caroline Klukowski

Head of Marketing and IR

Caroline has over 20 years experience in marketing and corporate communications. She has led IR and marketing for multiple global publicly listed companies including various Canadian precious metals exploration groups. Caroline specializes in digital media marketing and investor lead generation and is dedicated to translating a company’s successes to the market.
